The Business Process Analyst will be will assist in business process improvement activities and IT troubleshooting triage for the ASDOH dental clinics (Main, Ortho, ACC) in Mesa Arizona. This individual will also oversee business process and technical issues associated with 3D digital dentistry equipment and software. They will be a key support figure to help train faculty, students and staff as well as setup proper collaboration with software vendors. This employee will help develop and implement systems for data analytics to better inform teaching faculty on progress of students, both toward patient care and educational objectives.

Responsible for continual, efficient operations of clinical assessment system and related systems. Provide on-site IT and multimedia support. Once they assist in developing data analytics tools they will ensure proper implementation (training, scheduling of reports etc).

Skills / Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in Information Systems/CIS/Business or 4 to 6 years directly related experience.

Must have knowledge in:

  • Business process analysis
  • Data reporting and visualization tools
  • Spreadsheets (macros and formulas)
  • Information technology fundamentals including but not limited to knowledge of, database and business analytics
