Job Description

Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health at A.T. Still University is seeking applications for a Patient Services Coordinator in the Advanced Care Clinic for the Orthodontic program.  Responsibilities include: coordinating patient flow with residents, faculty, and clinic management staff; processing patient letters; posting financial payments; balancing cash drawer; answering incoming telephone calls; maintaining organization and appearance of the front office areas; other duties as assigned.

Skills / Requirements

Applicants must have high school diploma or equivalent.  Must have previous experience working in a dental office.  Must have knowledge of Dolphin and Dentrix Patient Management Software, as well as HIPAA and FERPA regulations.  Must have previous experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.  Effective communication skills and problem management skills are necessary. Must be organized and detail-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude, including excellent customer service skills.  Must be able to work well independently with the ability to handle supervision and direction.
