Job Description

A.T. Still University is seeking applicants for Administrative Support to work in the Residential Admissions department at the Mesa, Arizona campus.  This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Residential Admissions.  Duties include, but are not limited to:  Providing administrative support for Admissions Office including ordering, stocking and monitoring admissions supplies; Answering phones, email and relay messages; Scheduling, disseminating and/or receiving communications regarding Arizona admissions; Assisting with event planning/organizing of special events such as white coat, graduation, open house and receptions; Assisting with preparation and organization of interview days; Pre-screening applications for SOMA, ASDOH, and PA programs; Updating and monitoring admissions web pages, Interview Day web pages and calendars; Set up and monitor Interview Day calendar.

Skills / Requirements

Must have some knowledge of graduate admissions processes with emphasis on electronic student management systems. The ability to multi-task, take direction, prioritize, and works autonomously. Previous experience and skill with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications, as well as email and internet. Highly organized and self-directed with strong interpersonal skills.
