Job Description

The Testing Coordinator will work graduate and doctoral students on the Mesa, Arizona, campus in the Learning Resources department.  The purpose of this position is to administer testing services for students with accommodations.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Assisting the Technical Standards Committee in the provision of accommodations as protected by the American with Disabilities Act;  Working with electronic testing software;  Notifying students of the exam schedules, providing flexible hours for testing;  Track and maintain all adaptive equipment purchased, training any students in its use;  Schedule appropriate rooms for accommodations, proctor exams, ensure test security.

Skills / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Education or related field is preferred. Knowledge and ability to proctor written and digital exams, ensuring exam security, compliance with school policies and accommodations.  Must have working knowledge of ADA.  Must have previous experience with collegiate examination and operating web-based software.
