Job Description

The ATSU College of Graduate Health Studies is proud to announce the opening of an IT Support Analyst within the College.  This position report directly to the associate dean and serves to advance the needs of CGHS operations by acting as a liaison between CGHS and IT; understanding and gathering data regarding review, analysis, implementation, oversight, and maintenance of software needs and application for the CGHS operations. Leads CGHS operations in identifying, building, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions for advancing the goals, growth, and effectiveness of CGHS operations.  

Major job duties include:

  • Administrate all aspects of Salesforce, Formsite, Google sites, and other key software applications to ensure their functionality in meeting CGHS admissions and advising needs. 
  • Work closely with CampusNexus and Cisco phone systems.
  • Evaluate and assess the technology needs of CGHS and implement plans for advancing CGHS from a technology perspective while collaborating with IT Services.
  • Serve as a liaison with IT Services and between technical and non-technical users to ensure that the needs of CGHS are fully represented and advanced.
  • Analyze and document current CGHS Operations business processes and improve those processes through application software.
  • Problem-solve by investigating issues and problem areas and take appropriate action in resolving issues.
  • Monitor current functionality of CGHS Operations software functionality and make recommendations for process change and more efficient functionality.
  • Manage key projects for the implementation of new technologies and related processes.
  • Administrate CGHS Operations reporting tools for admissions/operations, including collection, storage, sources, systems, processes, and organization of data and data bases for accuracy, reporting, end-user functionality, and analysis.
  • Train CGHS Admissions and Operational teams in the effective use of current software applications.
  • Lead CGHS Operations in meeting its technology goals.
  • Coordinates the installation, configuration and operation of CGHS operations software infrastructure.
  • Document operational processes and integrate software solutions.
  • Create and maintain CGHS operational dashboards, admissions/operations reporting tools, and other technology needs from a technology/data perspective.
  • Train and support CGHS Admissions and Operations teams with software functionality.
  • Lead CGHS in meeting its technology goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Information Management or related field is preferred or a combination of related education and experience will be considered
  • Experience with software installation and configuration, maintenance, oversight, and deployment.
  • Experience with training end-users on software applications
  • Experience in IT or IT services.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, programming, website design, process mapping.
  • Functional knowledge of systems administration.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce administration preferred.
