Job Description

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for the technical administration, management, and support of the grading systems and communication tools supporting the ASDOH dental clinics (Main, Ortho, ACC). This person will assist in business process improvement activities and IT troubleshooting triage for the clinic. This individual will also oversee technical issues associated with 3D digital dentistry equipment and software, including license management and maintenance. They will be a key support figure to help train faculty, students and staff as well as setup proper collaboration with the lab and other vendors. This employee will help develop and implement systems for data analytics to better inform teaching faculty on progress of students, both toward patient care and educational objectives.

Responsible for continual, efficient operations of clinical assessment system and related systems. Provide on-site IT and multimedia support. Once they assist in developing data analytics tools they will ensure proper implementation (training, scheduling of reports etc).

Skills / Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a four year degree in Information Systems/CIS preferred or 4 to 6 years directly related experience.

Must have knowledge in:

  • Transactional based systems and related workflows. 
  • Database tools and systems.
  • Spreadsheets (macros and formulas)
  • Scripting language such as Java Script
  • Information technology fundamentals including but not limited to knowledge of networking, database access and business analytics
