Job Description


Responsibilities include:

  • The primary point of contact to coordinate planning, testing and implementing changes and upgrades for clinical systems with the Clinic Tech team and IT
  • Responsible for training all staff/faculty/students as needed for any system upgrades/changes including new implementations
  • Set up all new employees/faculty in systems required for each position
  • Act as Liaison between the main clinic and Clinic Tech Teams and IT for any new projects or software changes/enhancements
  • Super-user for all software systems used in the main clinic as well as Google products
  • Coordinate with Director of Clinic Operations and the Clinic Manager (as well as IT/Clinic Tech) to establish training material to Train staff/faculty on systems or functions within systems as needed
  • In conjunction with the Education Specialist, tracks and works with CCU directors and students on the absence requests and blocks required in AxiumAscend ensuring adherence to established student attendance policy (from request submission to approval by faculty)
  • Acts as backup to Clinic Manager with daily deposit and processing of ledger adjustments in Axium Ascend


Skills/ Requirements


A high school diploma or equivalent plus some college is required
