Job Description

A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences, Department of Occupational Therapy invites applications for part time faculty position (.5 FTE) to teach in the residential entry-level Master of Science and Doctoral Degree program. Typical faculty responsibilities include teaching, scholarship, mentoring and service. Rank and salary are commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities: Will depend on rank. Teach, design, and/or manage assigned components of the entry-level OT curriculum at the MS and OTD level. Advise and mentor students. Teach and engage in scholarly endeavors of service and research. Serve on committees as assigned.

Skills / Requirements

  • Master's degree required; Doctoral degree or in progress from a regionally accredited institution (PhD or EdD) preferred
  • Post-professional OTD will be considered
  • Knowledge/experience in OT education and currency in clinical area required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in occupational therapy that must include at least 2-3 years’ experience in clinical practice
  • Clinical experience preferred in Adult and Older adult OT practice or as a generalist
