ATSU - Assistant Director of Residential Admissions
A.T. Still University seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions on the Kirksville, Missouri campus. The ideal candidate will promote the goals of Admissions with the ongoing national recruitment of students for admission to ATSU programs. a strong focus on recruiting and counseling/advising prospective students and current applicants, overseeing Student Ambassadors, event planning, CRM processes, and supervision of support staff. Extensive national travel is required.
Applicants must have strong organizational skills, display integrity and professionalism, work well with diverse populations/groups, have excellent proven oral/written presentation and communication skills, and be self-motivated. Must be able to plan and travel independently on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Experience with college students, faculty, staff, and alumni is desired.
The ideal candidate will have organization/time management skills, travel independently, in good physical condition to stand for extended periods of time, walk various distances, set up exhibits, and be required to handle up to 50 lbs. Other skills include multitasking, problem-solving skills, creativity, flexible, and a team player. Being competent with the use of computers and technology is essential to the successful candidate. A four year college degree is required.
