The IT Support Services team creates University success by assisting our faculty, staff and students on their educational journey. IT is a key component in the day-to-day operations of the University. The person in this position, working under minimal supervision, will perform Microsoft Active Directory administration, group policy management, and provisioning and deployment of OS images. As a tier 3 specialist, you will mentor other team members in providing technical desktop support to the University.

Skills / Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience and a two year college certificate or equivalent in ITS.
