KCOM- Research Assistant
The A.T. Still University- Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCOM) is excited to announce the opening of a Research Assistant in its department of Physiology located at its Kirksville, MO campus. The research assistant will be responsible for writing python codes to automate some aspects of molecular modeling, molecular dynamics simulation and in silico docking of drugs. We use software from D. E. Shaw Research and Schrodinger Inc. such as Desmond, Maestro and PyMOL.
Skills / Requirements
The right candidate will possess a college-level understanding of biochemistry, biology, or chemistry. They must be highly motivated, able to work independently, and able to communicate effectively.
